LocalButcher
A hyperlocal delivery marketplace for fresh meat, poultry, seafood and eggs in Hyderabad. Orders go to verified neighbourhood butcher shops and are cut fresh, never frozen.

- Android and iOS ordering with per-shop pricing, delivery slots, OTP login and in-app support chat.
- Vendor tools
- A vendor app for orders and stock, document-verified shop onboarding, and twice-weekly settlements.
- Delivery
- A driver app for each shop's own delivery staff, with stops ordered by distance from the shop.
- Payments
- Prepaid checkout through Cashfree with UPI and cards, plus full and partial refunds.

- An admin panel for shops, catalogue, orders, refunds, reports and support.
